At Dunham Environmental Services, we strive to provide safe, reliable, and affordable dumpster rental services. By renting a dumpster from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The customer is responsible for ensuring the dumpster is used in a safe, legal, and responsible manner.
The dumpster must not be moved once it has been delivered.
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items may not be placed in dumpsters:
Hazardous waste (chemicals, paints, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, etc.)
Tires, batteries, propane tanks, or fuel containers
Liquids, oils, or flammable substances
Electronics or appliances containing refrigerants (unless arranged in advance)
If prohibited materials are found, the customer may be subject to additional charges.
Each dumpster has a designated weight limit.
Overweight dumpsters may incur additional disposal fees.
Customers are responsible for understanding weight restrictions when renting.
The customer must provide a safe, accessible location for delivery and pickup.
The area should be free of overhead wires, trees, or obstructions.
The customer is responsible for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, or property caused by placement of the dumpster.
Additional rental days may be arranged for a daily fee.
By renting a dumpster, the customer agrees that Dunham Environmental Services is not liable for:
Any injuries, damages, or accidents occurring during use of the dumpster.
Fines or penalties incurred due to customer misuse (such as overfilling or prohibited items).
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control.
By renting a dumpster, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies. If you have questions about what can or cannot go into your dumpster, please contact us before filling.
